Chanting and mantra invocations have always played an integral part in many yoga traditions. In this workshop, Gahl will teach anyone how to sing in overtones and transform their chest into a resonant instrument of the divine. The workshop will cover the shamanic roots of overtone chanting, which originated in Siberia, Tuva and Tibet. The workshop will also include several guided mediations with live overtones and chanting.
