Go back and read your three paragraphs. What would you have to do each day to make your wish a reality? Whom do you need to talk to? Which experts should you consult? Which books should you read? Take this day to figure out how much energy and time will be required to make your wish come true. Create a regimen and stick to it! This is the week to start that diet, go to yoga, meditate regularly, or begin any form of regimented activity. You can do it!
