Severity - Exercise 2, Day 2

Examine your life in regards to your wish. What behaviors, expectations, or bad habits are keeping you from achieving your wish? Take this time to cut them from your life.

Example: is your wish for a palace? Can you only afford a condo? Maybe you should cut your lavish expectations? Is your wish to lose weight? Is it time to cut out potato chips and candy?
