Severity - Exercise 3, Day 3
Severity is also about anger and reactions. Who in your life angers you? Who gets under your skin and pushes your buttons? Why? What is it that they do? Do they talk too much? Are they self-centered? Are they hypercritical? Write down what this person does that irritates you. Read the passage aloud and then ask yourself, “When do I do that?” Now take the sword of severity and cut it from your life.
